Built as a luxury home for a wealthy Khmer family; our villa has some magnificent architectural features. It has been enlarged, to become one of the most attractive villa guest houses in Siem Reap.

We offer standards of accommodation, service and cleanliness that are are among the best at any price.

All Rooms have air conditioning, fans, en suite showers or bathrooms with bathtubs with hot water We have quality wooden beds with sprung mattresses, dressing tables/desks, wardrobes and cable TV.

The Breakfast and Dining Room on the ground floor, has a pleasant ambience and overlooks the garden. We can serve meals and drinks here or more informally in the upper lounge or garden; where we have a pagoda style pavilion and other patio seating.

We have an attractive balcony which is a pleasant place to relax over a drink after a a day at the temples .

We ask all our guests not to smoke inside the villa; as we have smoking areas in the garden and balcony.

Location	•Our Location • We are in a quiet residential area with no passing traffic, yet we are only a couple of blocks away from the Siem Reap River and only 1 1/2 kms from the commercial heart of Siem Reap town. • Nearby are some fine riverside restaurants & the Grand Hotel D' Angkor with its gardens and the Royal Palace. • A Shady riverside walk takes you to the Siem Reap Old town with its French Colonial atmosphere and lively bars and nightlife. \ • To find us go to the Parks by the Royal Palace and Grand Hotel; on route 6, cross River and take the River road 200metres to the Catholic Church,you will see our sighn directing you to turn right, go to the T junction at the end turn left and right we are 30metres round the corner.

I stayed here for four days in November 2004. I got a great welcome by Dave and his excellent team of smiling locals. Nothing was too much for them.
