My friend and I booked this low budget hotel not expecting a lot but were utterly disappointed even with not such high expectations. Not so much with the hotel itself, but with the attitude of the staff and the deceivement when the reservation was made. Upon arrival we were greeted (more look at) by a non-English speaking receptionist who did not seem that interested in our arrival. We managed to communicate most of the time using hand waving signals and English/German/Italian words similar to Spanish. When we showed the receptionist our reservation, he said no breakfast is included only to find the confirmation later that it was included in the price. The disappointment was yet to come the following morning. After entering the room we saw what we pretty much expected. Basic furniture, one might say it is acceptable for that price. Nice, small, private bathroom, TV, two chairs, a fridge and a balcony. Not so unhappy about the room. Room was cleaned every other day. The one positive thing in the room was the radio which you could listen to as you pleased. Next day we got up expecting to have a nice breakfast which we believed we paid for. Another receptionist was at his desk looking bluntly at us when we asked where the breakfast is served. He answered by raising an eyebrow, tilting the head and replied, Coffee maybe? Then walked away to empty display glass in desperate urge to find poor hungry guests something to eat. We were immediately put off and left. Most of the time was spent outside the hotel, we only returned there to sleep. Although it does say that credit cards are accepted, upon our departure, the receptionist demanded payment in cash and we had to go to the cash machine to withdraw money which subsequently led to us almost missing our flight. Be aware you will not get breakfast in this hostel and credit cards are not accepted (although it says so on many web pages where you can make a reservation). Would not recommend this hotel just for the pure fact that guests are being misled. Correct information should be provided.
