Lula's apartment is located on the second floor at the front of the building. The elevator means the building is accessible to wheelchairs. Beautiful polished hardwood floors. Laundry room in basement of building. (small charge) Full service kitchen. Microwave & Toaster oven. Refrigerator. Complete Coffee, Tea and hot Chocolate set-up. Electric kettle for tea. This apartment will be your home away from home. It is complete with many more free amenities to make your stay a comfortable one.

Once you book your reservation you will receive a confirmation email from LULA'S APARTMENT. You must email us back with any information in reqards to your reservation, questions or concerns. No one under 18 years old is allowed to stay or book an apartment. Ring bell #2A upon arrival. Someone will come to Greet you & accompany you to the Apartment.
Directions (how to arrive at the establishment) : From JFK Airport: 1. Head southeast on Terminal 1 toward JFK Int'l Airport 2. Slight left at JFK Int'l Airport 3. Slight right to stay on JFK Int'l Airport 4. Take the ramp onto JFK Expy 5. Take the exit onto I-678 N/Van Wyck Expy N 6. Take exit 10 on the left to merge onto Grand Central Pkwy W 7. Continue on I-278 E Partial toll road 8. Take the exit toward RANDALLS IS/Manhattan 9. Merge onto Triborough Bridge Partial toll road 10. Slight left toward E 125th St (signs for 125 St/2 Ave) 11. Slight right at E 125Th St 12. Turn left at Park Ave 13. Turn right at E 111Th St Arrive at Lula Apartment
By Subway Take the B or C get off at 110 Cathedral Park. Coming from downtown you should ride the back of the train. When you depart walk uptown 2 blks to 111th St. Riding the A or D Train get off at 125th Street. Walk across on the same platform; catch the C train, ride two stops to 110th Cathedral Park. Walk 2 blks to the apartment. Please note: If you are arriving on the weekend there is no B Train service. All Train & Bus require MetroCard. No Cash. Fare $2.25

Home away from home basically!! The apartment had everything for self catering and even some free things like a wide range of coffee/tea, yoghurts.
Lula and her partner were very helpful and nice. Good transport with the subway just at the end of the road. We will stay again when we come back to NY.

Apartment well located for the subway and amenities. Lovely apartment, clean and well maintained. Only downside was that oven and hob didn't work, making cooking microwave based, which made life difficult. If you're going to eat out alot then this is the apartment for you.

Lula it's a very nice person who make you feel as home since the beginning. The appartment is secure and cozy, but the wood floor it's too noisy! There's no much to do around, but you don't need it! there's a market and a subway station half block away. Central Park it's a block away!! My husband and I stayed here for 5 nights and we definitely recommend it, next time in NYC we will book again at Lula's apartment!!!
