Huge disappointment. After reading the reviews we were really excited to come stay. Huge disappointment. The kitchen is tiny. There were no activities organised. The staff gave us incorrect directions. Attitude of the staff was neutral at best. The "terrace" has enough space for four people and closes at 10pm. There is zero atmosphere. While the en-suite bathroom seems nice at first, when you use the shower it floods the entire bathroom and you are forced to walk through water, this never got cleaned. The common area is a joke, enough seating for four people and no tv. The only people you meet are the ones you share a dorm with. The wifi did not work. They said they had a laundry service, when we used it they said it would take a while to get back to us because the laundry place was quite a long way away. When we enquired about it again, the staff member went out back took our clothes out of a dryer and told us the laundry was on site. Complete dishonesty. Great location for a stay in Sevilla Nice and very clean facilities. Staff was always helpful and friendly. Coffee, tea, olive oil, spices were free and also available! All in all, I really had a great time there and will get back to when I will be in Seville again. — Harry , Germay (2010-09-10)
