We are located close to the Westbahnhof on the top floors of the building, reachable easily by an elevator.
The Guesthouse Arabella is only a 3 minute walk from the Westbahnhof and the main shopping street Mariahilfer Strasse.
If you are looking for a reasonable accommodation with a private atmosphere this is the place to be. The owner Arabella speaks fluent German, English and Spanish. She will give you a free city map and all information’s you need upon arrival.
Our Rooms are with private or shared bathroom, toilet, fully equipped kitchen, cable TV and some with nice balcony. Smoking is forbidden in the Rooms, but you may smoke outside on the balcony.
Lines and Towels are included in the price, laundry service is available.
Pets are allowed and free of charge.
All main Tourist Attractions are easily reachable by foot or public transport.
The Raimundtheater, a historical Theater playing mostly Musicals is just behind our building.
One of the most famous Churches Maria vom Siege is just across the street.
Next to it you find the Travelshack, an Information Point with Bar for Tourists. They offer Tours, Bike Rentals as well as cheap Internet and Phone Calls facilities.

Check-In time is between 11am and 5pm.
Check-Out time is 10am.
The arrival time must be notified upon booking.
In case of delayed arrival more than one hour, give us a call, as we do not have a 24h Reception.
Cancellations must be announced 24hours before arrival per email or telephone.
In case of a late cancellation or No-Show you will be charged the first night.
Please note you will have to pay upon arrival in cash, as we do not accept credit cards.
There is an ATM just around the corner.

Arabella is a really nice and warm person who wants to make your stay as nice as possible. The room was very nice, big, with a great view, a balcony, a bench + table, a tv and lots of closet space. It was very nice to have a washing machine, and the use of a kitchen and a laptop with internet also. And of course Arabella's homemade jam :).

It was exactly as we expected it!!! Nice and clean room and very helpfull staff. It was nice, that we could sleep longer on sunday morning. We would recommend to send them a mail or call, just to save the 10% for hostelbookers. It is very easy to find. 5 minutes walk from "Westbahnhof". The area seems to be safe, also at night.

This really is a big apartment and really worth it's price. Arabella was very friendly and moved us to 8th floor, where we had beautiful view on the Vienna - and even Schönbrun. There is a kitchen and everything you need in it, Ü-bahn across the street, apartment is 20 minutes by foot from the city centre - just fantastic.

Arabella the owner is extremely helpful and welcoming. Rooms were spatious and had fantastic views of Vienna. Towels were provided as well as internet and cooking facilities.

Really nice home-like hostel with sofa, fridge and tv in our private double. Very very friendly and helpful host who seems to love having a hostel. Coffee in the kitchen. Beautiful view (except the construction workers outside) Comfortable bed. No stress checking out and the possibility to leave our luggage when going out the last day. Hostel is probably best for couples since we did not see a common area.
