Although they were in the middle of renovations, the hotel was open and the staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The rooms looked already very nice and it'll only be better once the reservations are done.

We loved staying here. It was sooooo clean!!!! The only issue was that they didn't clean the rooms at all when we were there. We had to ask them to empty our garbage and ge s new towels and tp.I will definitely go back though!

I am shocked that this is even listed on hostelbookers. There was no system in place at this "hotel" for them to know that we had a reservation. The woman who answered the door to the hotel didn't even realize we were coming and had no idea that we had even made a reservation. So many of the services described on the hostelbookers listing do not exist. The place was definitely not cleanly, and there was no cleaning service. There was no reception area, so no one was available to answer questions unless we happened to run into staff in the hallway. I recommend that anyone staying in saint-raphael pay a little bit extra for a better, more reliable and comfortable stay... or just look around a bit more on other websites for budget hotels. Hostelbookers doesn't have much to offer for this particular city.

Very good one. Close to everywhere, rooms spacious with TV, microwave, toilet, shower and fridge. It's a quiet hostel so you can really have a rest there. It offers much more than it costs. Would definitely recommend!

Simple, basic, but comfortable hotel, located just one street away from the beach! Excellent location, close to all the attractions and nightlife. Helpful hotelier. make sure you telephone him before arrival, so that he can open up. We had to call on arrival, but he only took 5 mins to come. Very nice. Parking in nearby streets too!
