Madras Hotel

Good Choice -- Convenient Location, Reasonable Price
The location of Madras is good, and the staff are quite nice. We have four girls staying in four-bed room with private washroom. The room is clean and the bed is pretty comfortable. We have a balcony too, and sometimes there are noise from the bars or cars outside at night, but generally not frequent (even we stayed on Fri/Sat). The price of the room is reasonable compare to other budget hotels or hostels, we spent around SGD90 per person for two nights. It is so cool to have four of us in a room, which you probably can't find in the hotels. Recommended!

good hostel to stay if you are in a group of three or four otherwise for single person it may be little expensive. breakfast is unlimited bread/ toast, butter/jam, and tea/coffee, which is ok to begin the day. Clean and neat rooms. Safe too. many indian resaurants nearby (one is next door too) also cheap tekka mall along with foodcourt is two minutes walk. Little India MRT and Bus stops are three to four minutes walk. (buy card before, its cheap). massage centre in on the ground floor good for relaxing in the evening. Richurd is awesome and very helpful owner. In short, a good place to stay for more people and more days to spend.
