Metro Apartments is the landmark hotel / guesthouse on Soi LK Metro located in the heart of Pattaya, just off Soi Diana or Soi Buakhao. Look for the LK Metro lightboxes. Soi LK Metro is a relatively new street – completed around 2005 – with an excellent choice of keenly priced accommodation. There are many inexpensive guesthouses, bars, as well as an ever-increasing number of Go-Go and Coyote bars (around nine as of December 2011), and restaurants which cater for all budgets.
We hope you will feel very comfortable staying here at Metro Apartments and being seasoned travellers ourselves feel we have created a relaxing atmosphere to help you unwind. It takes about 5 - 10 minutes on foot to Pattaya's central beach, shopping centres and entertainment complexes. There is an abundance of convenience stores and ATMs in the area and if you are feeling lazy, there are Baht busses going to North and South Pattaya at the top of the street. Walking Street, with its well-known nightlife, is only 5 minutes away by Baht bus.
Our rooms and bar have a Thai feel and look. The bar interior is air-conditioned where you can play pool or watch your favourite sports on one of our many screens. Recently we added several HD screens to enhance the viewing experience. The enforcement of the No Smoking law means the bar is a smoke-free zone. We have an open look bar with seating outside for you to chill out, have a cigarette and watch Thailand go by.
