Excellent location; nice, friendly and helpful staff; clean; internet The best things about the hotel were the really nice, friendly and helpful staff and the location at the back of the Berri bus station where the airport shuttle dropped me off. It is also very close to the Berri Metro station from which Place Bonaventure and McGyll can be reached in 15 minutes. Rue St Denis, buzzing with cafes, brasseries, shops is just 5 minutes away -- I had a fantastic soup at the Les Trois Brassiers. The bibliotheque is at the back of the hotel. Breakfast was good and the atmosphere was relaxed -- with music most nights. Unfortunately my room was under the reception/bar/lounge area so often noisy at night/early morning. Rooms were simple and clean and serviced daily with new towels and toiletries. all in all a good, warm, friendly experience which young people and even not so young will enjoy! — Anonymous , australian (2010-04-11)
