All rooms are the same size and have a bathroom, a window and a TV with 60 cable channels. Room prices vary depending on whether you choose fan or air-con, and hot or cold water. But budgeteers will be pleased by the cheap laundry service, helpful advice and tour-booking services.

Wasn't the best guesthouse we've ever stayed in - no restaurant on site, and a bit of a walk from the riverside - but it was clean and there was free internet, very close to the genocide museum and a big supermarket, and the staff were helpful for booking bus tickets.

Its really great value for the money. The rooms are nice and u have ur own bathroom even with the cheapest rooms, The internet is free but very slow and I wasnt able to log in to every site I wanted to. They can help u with most things and theres always tuk tuk drivers outside. If u dont want to climb the stairs u might want to consider paying a bit more for a room on the first floors..
