Hostelz.com Guest Reviews

The reason this is a 3 star and not better is that it is not set up to be a 5 star hotel. That is not their goal. However, this is a wonderful Hostal, frequented by backpackers primarily, and is a perfect site to make as your base for exploring the area in depth. The staff/owners are friendly and helpful, the breakfasts were excellent, and the location is terrific. We had a most amazing stay here, in a room with a balcony overlooking the main square in town, with an incredible vista of soaring mountains surrounding us. If you like budget travel, this is THE place to go in town. The other guests are from all over the globe and they are a wealth of information and travel stories... — Chienfou (2003-08-21)
