My parents, sister and I rented two rooms for approximately one month, and I can honestly say that it was the best service we have seen. The hotel is a 3 star; however, the service is beyond that of a 5 star hotel. Starting from the doorman to the concierge, they were very knowledgeable and courteous. I will definitely tell my friends about Mariel Hotel.
