Fantastic campsite!
I stayed here for three nights in September. I was upgraded from a green cabin to a bungalow overlooking the bay of Sorrento. The campsite is on a hill and has amazing views and lots of lemon trees! There is a great swimming pool, and a private rocky beach (although the sea looked a bit too dangerous to swim in). The campsite is walkable from Sorrento, along a one-and-a-half kilometer busy road with no pavement part of the way! Otherwise buses go past the main entrance every twenty minutes. I had a great time here, and would love to go back. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and we were able to store our luggage all day when we checked out.

Ok
There are good things to be said about this place -- it's cheap, it's in a beautiful setting (nice views, lots of fruit trees, nice pool) and there's cheap but decent food. We had a cabin which was spartan and they do tend to heat up a bit. The bathrooms were typical camping ones, but I've seen worse, and they do make an effort to keep them clean. If you're on a budget, this place is good value.

Stayed here June 2006, great campground. We took a little cabin with two beds for about 22-24 euros for two people. The views are spectacular, you can see the Sorrento coast and mount Vesivio. The grounds are filled with olive trees and other vegetation. Took me ten minutes to find a toilet because it was fully hidden under a heap of plants and tree branches, paradise! The beach was better for the views and tanning. Swimming is a bit of a challenge, the only way is to jump and then climb back out while the waves smash you against the rocks.

Just to warn others, if you book a 'room' you are actually booking a tent. I got caught out last week and as the place was fully booked, could not be moved. I therefore feel that their website is not accurate with its room descriptions.

When I went to my lodge, I was very disappointed with its condition. And when we went to the hotel to eat, the food was expensive and very overcooked, or in my wife's case, very raw! Now for the lodge: the kitchen was dirty. You could get very ill if you cooked in it. The toilets were dirty and have not been cleaned.

The lodges were really nice, and each had its own bathroom and kitchen. The lodges also have a patio so you can sit outside to enjoy lunch. It's in a really nice location that's just a short bus ride out of Sorrento town itself. The views are really nice, and the swimming pool was virtually empty when I was there, with loads of deckchairs. The restaurant is okay, but the food isn't as nice as what you can get in the town. The shop is useful and has everything that you could need. It's a really nice place.

This place is pretty damn good, depending on where you stay. I got lucky and scored a bed in a four-bed room in a little house with a bathroom, kitchen and FRIDGE!! I had a great view from my window of the whole Sorrento coastline and bay, and most areas of the campsite on this peninsula had magnificent views over the Bay of Naples, with Vesuvius rising far on the other side. And the beach at the bottom (not really a beach by Aussie standards, but water anyway) was cool! This place had a helpful staff, and it was easy to walk or bus into town center from here. There was a good restaurant on site as well. Make sure you hire out a scooter in town (35 euros for 24 hours), and take a ride (about four hours) down the Amalfi Coast to Positano and Amalfi. It's totally awesome! To Deano and the bus-about crew,: that was a kick-ass BBQ, mate!!

Very cheap accommodation. It's a five-minute bus ride out of Sorrento, or a 20-30 minute walk up an easy slope. We had our own private cabin with shared bathroom for 14 euros per night per person. Quiet, but still there's opportunity to meet people. The private beach was superb--a bit of a walk back up the cliff, but worth it! You can just lay in the cool Mediterranean water with views of Sorrento and Mt Vesuvius. Awesome! There is a restaurant there, but I'm not sure how it works as there is no menu. We never ate there. I believe the bus to Sorrento ran till about 11:30 p.m. though, so there's plenty of time to grab a meal in town. It's easy to get to Pompeii and Herculaneum from here as well.

This place is cheap at 11 euros a night (caravan). It is a great place, situated in the midst of olive trees and a great view over the bay. Staff are really helpful, but the toilets are a little untidy. Still well worth it. Make sure you catch the buses from the train station, not the taxis as it costs up to 18 euro. Well worth it for the budget traveller who wants quiet.
