Starting from the 1 January 2011, Rome City Council will ask for a overnight accomodation tax .Will be 2 euro per night per person.This fee ,is not included in the hotel rate , must be paid cash at check -in time.
CANCELLATION POLICY
In case non-arrival on the day, your credit card will be charged for the amount of the first night.
After check-in, the reservation can not be cancelled and full payment for the number of nights confirmed at the time of booking will be charged.
PAYMENT
A deposit paid is not refundable. Full payment for your stay is required at check-in, only in cash

Check-in is possible after 8:00 A.M. but your room may not be ready before 11:30 A.M. If you arrive earlier than that, you can check-in and store your luggage in the hall until your room is ready. The hotel is very good and the staff is friendly. The staff dropped me and my wife with our luggage at the train station. The room is very big with sofa set, tv and air conditioner. It was well kept though the bath room is bit small. I definitely recommend this hotel for everyone who is looking for a good hotel at cheap price. I paid only $35 per night but would say a similar hotel else where would charge not less than $80.

This location is very close to Central station, making it a train ride away from all of Rome. Very friendly staff, great service, we were even driven to the train on our last day. Room and bathroom was very clean. I don't think the pictures on the website do it justice. I think it looks much better. A very quiet area, great sleep!

I recomand this hostel for budget trips! It is close to the main atractions - 20 min walking to Colloseo, Fontana di Trevi..etc. The rooms are very nice, wery warm, clean and very confortable clothing bed. We also had a little breakfast even if it wasn't mentioned.

Very nice rooms, and certainly not expensive. Very close to Termini station (but note that this also means not the best neighborhood -- although it's really not so bad). We took a twin room that was not guaranteed to have a private bathroom, but we had one anyway -- perhaps they upgraded us because it seemed that there were not many people there at the time. The room was quite big (especially for the price and our expectations), and had a refregirator, which was nice. Wifi was working perfectly throughout our stay (the only place it worked this well out of the 4 places we stayed in in Italy!) and they in addition have one or two computers at the hall that you can use if you don't have a laptop. The people at reception were very nice and helpful (and spoke good English) when they were there, and responded to emails reasonably fast when they weren't.

The place was great! The staff was very nice, the beds were comfortable, the rooms were extremely clean, the bathroom was nice and had very hot water and great pressure, a couple of pastries and some coffee in the morning, only about 10mins away from the train station.. you couldn't ask for much more. I wanted to bring this place with me for all of my travels!

It was located about 7 minutes walk from Termini Station from where you can get very easily by bus/metro/tram/foot to all areas of Roma.
Our room was also extremely clean and the members of staff were helpful even though they did not speak very good English (but it was ok since we were in Rome, Italyt afterwards).

The privacy, the cleanliness, the non-smoking environment, the quiet restful atmosphere, the convienence to groceries & eateries, and public transportation all made this an excellent place to stay while in Rome. The free internet and WiFi access were also highly prized ammenities.
