BRAND-NEW apartments BRAND-NEW apartment and impressing with its contemporary design in an old renovated building. The location is probably the best one can find in Palermo. The parking is free and has fast Wi-Fi connection. The room was much bigger than expected (I presume ca.35Sqm) with a comfortable bathroom. The beds are large and most comfortable. We were 4 persons and we could make a lot of economy using the fully equipped kitchen and making self catering. To have washing machine was also a big plus. — Helena Hexin , USA (2010-03-14) Great Experience in the deep heart of Palermo Excellent accommodation in central location. Charming, helpful, and informative owner made us feel welcome . Plenty of space in room and excellent outside are. Everything was immaculately clean. Well furnished. Accommodation quiet, private and self contained. Great the use of Wi-Fi included and not stressing final cleaning, deposit, and bla bla bla is requested. Huge space to park the car in safety. Bad points: no clean sheets or towels (we stayed a week, and had to use the same linen). Breakfast is not included (even though it is called a "B&B"). It had no windows; and we were woken up at 7:30 every morning by the builders next door.
