Pineapple House

The Pineapple House is centrally located 5-miles from the historic town of Pahoa where you will find restaurants and shopping. You'll want to go to the world famous geothermal hot ponds about 7-miles from the Pineapple House, the lava flow entry point into the ocean about 9- miles from the house, Volcanoes National Park about 35-miles from the house, Japanese gardens in Hilo about 22- miles from the house, Maku'u farmers market (on Sunday) about 10- miles from the house...then you might want to spend a day or two in Kona-90 miles from the house, possibly the green sand beach -75 miles from the house -and the further most southern point in the U.S. There are a lot of other things to do too.
