1 I would not recommand this hotel to anyone.
The hotel is located on the third floor of a four-story building. It has less than fifteen rooms. Should not be consider a hotel or three-star hotel. The air con is not cold at all. Wi-Fi does not work although they claim its free. One of the staff is very rude and Unhelpful. The lift only accommodate three people at a time. Locationwise is very good near to termini station. But for the price we can get a lot of better hotel nearby. If you compare with a backpackers, then i would say its ok. But not for a hotel standard at all and the prices is not worth paying. Stayed there July 2008.

4 I visited this hotel in October for five days, and we have rebooked for New Year, for four nights. This is a good city center hotel, within the old part of the city. Its excellent staff, who are always polite, friendly and efficient, have made us return. They are giving us preferential rates this time around, too! Their recommendations were excellent; we had fabulous meals out. They helped me when I had my purse picked from my handbag on my last day in Rome — canceling credit cards and sorting paperwork out. etc. They are very, very nice people.

3 Great Value!! Clean rooms, showers, lots of towels. It's walking distance to bus/train terminals. Shops and food are all within walking distance. The breakfast menu is small but included in the price of the room. I think you get what you pay for. If you want a 5 star, this isn't the place, however. I wouldn't think twice about coming back to the staff at the Marco Polo.
