•How to find us
• Our location is at the central part of Bangkok. It takes only 10-15 minutes by walk to Khaosan rd. and 10 minutes by bus to Grand Palace. The closest landmark is Rama 8 bridge which is called 'Sa-Pan Pra-Ram-Paed'.
• Taxi From Airport
• Please tell taxi driver to drive you to Samsen Road Soi 5 (Tha-non Sam-sen Soi Hah) Soi means a small road that separates from the main road. This soi is located on the left of the driving lane. After turning left into Soi Samsen 5, the taxi driver should drive until the intersection and turn left again. Our place will be on your right hand side. Taxi fee is about 500 baht plus express way fee from the airport and 50 baht more for airport fee.
• Airport Express (bus)
• You may take Airport Bus Express Route AE2 to Khaosan Road, at the price of 150 baht per person and take taxi to Phiman Water View by showing the map for taxi that we're providing you to print.
• START from Phra Athit Boat pier or road and head Northeast (0.1km)
• 1. Continue on Phra Sumen road (0.2km)
• 2. Turn left at Thanon Chakrabongse (48km)
• 3. Continue on Thanon Sam Sen (0.4km)
• 4. Turn Left at Samsen 5/ or soi Wat Phayap (0.2km)
• 5. Continue toward to the Boat pier on the big river or ask some one for Phiman guest house (0.4 km)
• 6. Then turn left at the Boat pier in a small local neighborhood alley (30 meters)
• 7. And then immediately turn right and will see Phiman water view guest house front door bell (20 meters)
• STARTS from Khao San Road and head Northeast
• 1. From Khao San near the big police station turn right on Thanon Chakrabongse (0.1km)
• 2. Continue on Thanon Sam Sen (0.4km)
• 3. Turn left at Samsen 5/soi or Wat Phayap (0.2km)
• 4. Continue toward to the Boat pier on the big river or ask some one for Phiman guest house (0.4 km)

Stayed here after 4 months of traveling and enjoyed it! Great staff, great art, great view of the river, great place to meet other travelers. Best part is that it's not like Khao San at all - but you can still walk there. Has wifi, free coffee and tea, & you can keep your luggage in their storage room if you need to. A little hard to find (go to Samsen Soi 5, walk to the end of the street, turn left down the alley, then another left then right), but manageable. We appreciated our stay at Phiman Water View. It was quite close to Thanon Khao San which was really convenient and the staff was kind. Furthermore, the wifi connection worked properly and was stable while we stayed there.
