The worst hotel ever!!!Awful and very unfriendly personnel that doesn´t value customers at all!You have to leave your ID or pass, or you have to move out!Room facilities incl furniture are old and dirty,air conditioning doesn´t function.Terrible, don´t recommend at all!

Nice hostel in El Arenal (german zone in Mallorca). Hot water was a problem when you wanted take a bath cause you had wait several minutes to get hot water.
