Antica Villa Graziella is a warm, family run hotel, with bed & breakfast treatment; it is located in Marghera, a Venice's mainland district, in a noiseless, quiet area, close to Mestre-Venezia train station (only 900 m by foot) and not far away from Milano-Venezia motorway's exit (1,5 km). Easy connection also to and from Venice (Marco Polo) and Treviso airports (Antonio Canova).

Thanks to our kind service and our experienced staff you can get everything you need to make your trip to Venice the most affordable and successful.
We'll be glad to give you suggestions about tours, museums, typical places to visit, no touristic restaurants, nightlife.

Children are always welcome with us; for them, up to three years old, we provide a small bed (crib) at no additional charge.
Small and medium sized pets are also welcome, as long as they are well behaved.

During spring and summer-time it is possible to have breakfast outdoors in our small and pretty garden, or sit under pergola's shade reading our books and touristic guides about Venice and Veneto.
Inside our garden, we offer a free parking area.

Hotel Antica Villa Graziella’s reception and parking is always open from seven in the
morning until midnight.

(BY CAR)
From Milano. From the A4 Milano – Padua - Venice highway exit, after passing the toll booth, turn right and follow the directions for Venice - Chioggia - Ravenna; upon arrival to the first roundabout, immediately after the gas station and the large hotel on your right, take the first right-hand exit for Marghera centre. Arriving to the second roundabout (piazzale Parmesan), take the third street (via Calvi). At the end of the street, immediately before the gas station on your left, turn left to via Coletti, you have arrived, and hotel Antica Villa Graziella is number 6.

From Belluno, Udine, Trieste. From the A27 Belluno – Venice highway exit, and the A4 Udine / Trieste - Venice, take the bypass towards Padua – Milano and take the last exit to Marghera – Chioggia – Ravenna, you will arrive to a big roundabout, complete almost all of it, and follow the directions written from Milano / first roundabout.

From Ravenna, Chioggia. From the Statale Romea Street, follow the directions for highway A4 Padua – Milano – Venice. After you pass the shopping centres on your right (Metro, Panorama, Decathlon etc.) you will arrive to a large roundabout. From this point on, follow the directions from the point of Milano / first roundabout.

Get off in the Venice Mestre Station. If you don't have heavy luggage, you may reach Hotel Antica Villa Graziella by foot within a 15 minute walk (around 900 meters or half a mile): you must go through the station underpass exit towards Marghera and take via Ulloa. At the end of this street, there is a large square (Piazzale Giovannacci), turn right and follow viale Paolucci. At the end of the lane, after the Alì supermarket and the gas station on your right, in the first cross-street turn to via Coletti. You have arrived; Antica Villa Graziella is located in number 6.

You may also take the bus; in this case, after taking the station's underpass, you must exit towards the Mestre and in front of the station take bus number 15, (and departs every 30 minutes). Get off on the last stop of viale Paolucci in front of supermarket Alì, continue towards the gas station and to your right turn to the first cross-street, via Coletti. You have arrived; Antica Villa Graziella is located in number 6. (We advise that you purchase the bus ticket within the train station).

If you have a lot of luggage, you may also take a taxi in front of the Mestre station's main entrance, within 10 minutes you will arrive to Antica Villa Graziella spending around 13 €.

From the Venice "Marco Polo" airport
From the airport, it's easy to arrive to Antica Villa Graziella: The bus ACTV line n. 15 will take you from the airport directly to the hotel in around 30/40 minutes. The ticket costs only 1 € and departs every half hour. Get off on Marghera at the last stop of Viale Paolucci in front of the Alì Supermarket. After the gas station to your right is via Coletti. You have arrived; Antica Villa Graziella is located in number 6.
Otherwise, you can also take a taxi, it costs around 30 € and the trip lasts around 20 minutes.

From the Treviso "Antonio Canova" airport
Take one of the bus shuttles bound for Venice Mestre, they are coordinated with arriving flights, and the trip lasts around 45/50 minutes while the ticket costs around 5 €. Get off at the Mestre train station, and follow the directions stated in "arriving by train".

This is the best 2 stars hotel that I've never been. Is not in Venice but you can take a bus to go there, and in 10 minutes you arrive there. I recomend this hotel to everybody, because it's really cheap am really nice as well. The staff are charming and the rooms are really clean.
