The room is beautiful, but I rate this hotel only two stars because: 1) the location totally sucks--it's not near anything you'd want to see or do, so you have to take the Metro or train; 2) the people at the reception (both that we encountered) were by far the rudest people we met throughout the duration of our four-week trip. They made us feel like trash because we were backpackers who were paying some sort of discounted fare (yeah, the ADVERTISED one on these hostel websites). Go somewhere else and be treated like a human being.
