Very nice, friendly staff. Proximity to main events, everything you'd like to see in Madrid. Very clean- rooms were always cleaned daily (fresh towels, sheets etc.) :)

Is in the heart of Madrid. With the subway just in front, bus lines, shops and bars is also nearby. The staff was very friendly, especially Salvador and Javier the guy from the night too.
