We are currently renting rooms in Downtown Nice, including: 1 Queen bed, 1 desk, 1 closet and private access to WC, bathroom and kitchen. Internet and TV available in the room;
Price list (all included): 420€00 a month, 120€00 a week; key deposit: 150€00;
It's also possible to rent a room for the weekend or shorter periods of time;

4 charming rooms in a good-looking apartment, typically French;
Rooms with a bathroom access or a private bathroom;
Sheets and bath towels provided;
French breakfast included in our price, served between 8:00 and 10:00 AM, by your householder;
