5 Great location, Great hotel, and Lovely staff
We had a great stay at the hotel. The staff were very accommodating to our needs. Hot showers, good location with a short walk to the main areas. The free breakfast was excellent, the laundry service was great, and the price was very reasonable. Clean rooms, free internet, I recommend staying here.

5 Great hotel and lovely staff!
Checked in very early in the morning after were being picked up from Hanoi airport. Hanoi Eden Plaza Hotel was much more than our expectation -- very nice small hotel in the heart of the Old Quarter. Very friendly staff, helpful, rooms are clean and comfortable, and price very decent. We paid $25 a night for two people for superior room, and I'd recommend this place to anybody. We actually did talk about the hotel to some fellow travelers and they switch from their hostels right away. I mean, for $25, it is a very good deal. Breakfast is included, and free internet also.

1 Poor -- do not visit without headphones
The hotel looks nothing like the photos provided -- it is cold, extremely noisy, there is no free breakfast, and it is not in the centre of the old quarter as stated (a brisk twenty-minute walk to Hoam Kiem Lake). Very disappointing, although it must be stated that the staff are very sweet and try their hardest. Disappointing though and do not be taken in by the photos.
