Very wonderful
Certainly the Ha Noi Astoria Hotel was the best hotel of all we've been to in Vietnam for our two-week trip in Vietnam. If you look for a hotel with party and no rules, you better go somewhere else -- you can't even smoke in an external part of this hostel. But on the other side, that's the most friendly and clean place that makes you feel you're at home. A bed was heavenly soft, bathrooms were always clean, and staff were great in caring the guests. Highly recommended.
