This is an excellent hotel; they cater to your every need, and make your stay on this wonderful island even more pleasurable. Very nice and helpful people. The pool is wonderful and kept in tip-top condition, as is all the hotel.

A very good hotel to live in. I went there last month. The swimming pool is clean, but unheated, and it was too cold for me to enjoy. The location is a bit far from the town, but the transportation is very convenient!!! And Helen is very helpful. The room I lived in for the first night was really nice, however, the other day was so-so. Anyway, for such a low price, it is worth it to live in Santorini.

I stayed here for the last part of my trip in Europe. This was a wonderful place to stay and a relatively close walk into town. The owners were very helpful in getting us a rental car (even though we were 18 years old). The pool wasn't heated, but our stay was wonderful, especially for the price. I would love to come back!!!

We went in 2001 and have been back every year since! George and Helen are really nice: helpful, friendly, and patient. From being picked up at the airport to a fond farewell later, they are always the best hosts. The rooms are cool, dim, airy, clean, and the pool is a welcome place to relax before or after exploring the island. Santorini speaks for itself, but Karterados is just busy enough — and just out of the way enough — to have its own charm. Visit them!

An unforgettable stay in Santorini! Helen and George are so nice! The swimming pool is very great too! I felt like I was staying in a 3 star hotel! And you know, the price is far more affordable! Highly recommended!
