Transit Motel Airport Reviews on Other Websites
4 Close to the airport, free wifi, friendly staff. No problem with paying in several currencies. I spent all my residual shillings, paid the rest in USD, and the lady didn't have $4 change from $5 note so she even accepted a 1 euro coin instead of 1 USD!   — Adam Hoszman (2011-09-21) Hostelbookers
1 Not much, just close to the airport, if you need a place to crash one night.   — Alberto De Alvarado Noriega (2011-08-18) Hostelbookers
5 We were so impressed with this place. AC and real glass windows (VERY rare in Tanzania) and a four poster bed. We would definitely recommend this hotel. It was also a very short cab ride to the airport.   — Sean Stepchuk (2010-03-08) Hostelbookers
3 It was really close to the airport, nice staff, but room and shower weren't clean at all.   — Tobias Vermeulen (2010-02-01) Hostelbookers
3 Very nice bedroom, slightly concerned about the 2 dirty combs in the bathroom. Staff could barely speak english which I found strange for a transit motel. There seemed to be a lot of locals that use the motel, or facilities as well (?). Location to airport is very good. It was fine for a one night transit stopover but overpriced.   — Mary-Anne Constable (2009-12-30) Hostelbookers
2 Nothing! It was the "motel from Hell!" Electricity and water were off. Staff kept a radio blaring until midnight. And the desk clerk forgot our wake-up call. In fact, the desk clerk was asleep on the floor and didn't even get up when I went to the lobby to find out about the missed wake-up. Also, the beds were so short, we had to book a second room and my wife and I slept--for the short time we did sleep--diagonally across our respective beds. The whole experience was the absolute worst in our many decades of travel!   — Dr. Don & Elizabeth Kantel (2009-10-19) Hostelbookers
4 It`s perfect if you`re on a transfer or have an early morning flight, as it`s practically in walking distance to the airport.   — Sverre Erik Tolfsby (2009-07-13) Hostelbookers
