The staff was very helpful and even we made a mistake on booking to cost us more money, the staff helped clarifying with his Boss and so eased some of our trouble.

There is a little kitchen where you can save some money by cooking your own breakfast or dinner. Staff friendly. The bathroom could be cleaner. Free parking.

I stayed in the double room with my boyfriend and I must say I really liked the room a lot. It was a nice size with a handy sink in the room. The room was next door to the shared bathroom and that was very handy. The guesthouse itself was quiet and this was good because I would have hated it to be a loud place. The staff were nice and just did what I expected them to do. The room I was in was on the side of the guesthouse and this meant I didn't experience but traffic noise from the road which was quite busy. I thoroughly enjoyed the stay, especially seeing as it was located within an easy distance to Derby railway station and the town centre.

Everything was allright. But in the rooms better to have some case or furnitures for clothes and things. It can be small.
