Dubrovnik Hotel Bradford

On arriving there wasn't anyone at the reception. Also, the room didn't have any heating. It was freezing cold in the night. After calling the reception at least four times, and promises of it's being sorted nothing happened and at last an electric room heater was provided. I asked for a room change and I wasn't provided any. Also, the room was small and the beds in a pretty bad shape with the counterpanes unclean, bathroom unclean. floors creaking and broken. shower not working. shaver lights not working and to be honest for the price it was not at all worth it. Seems more like a dump than anything else.

i come every two years for a reunion -- will do so next year april 2007 with my wife. we were always given a nice welcome from the late owner papa. the location, hotel, and family and staff are always to be regarded as excellent.

I stayed in ROOM 10 and it is furnished with a very modern contemporary design, what you would expect to find in a 4 star hotel. Please ask to see the room and you will see for yourself that it's stunning.

The price here was outrageous — too expensive!!!

I attended a local conference here and stayed at the hotel for two days. It's a very nice hotel and has superb food. I would recommend this hotel to others.

I thought this hotel was one of the best I have stayed in, and I stay in quite a lot. I checked in late at 10:30 p.m. and was able to have a fillet steak dinner and a bottle of wine. You don't get that in a four-star hotel at that hour. My room was the same as any other room in a three-star hotel. I will stay here again.

This is a very pleasant hotel. The staff are very friendly and experienced; nothing was too much for them. My room was of a very high standard. Keep up the good work!!!

Very POOR. We also experienced the family room 10. GROSS. Maybe the standard is OK in Dubrovnik.

We were booked into this hotel, and were so appalled by the state of the family room that we checked out straight away. The room should not be used as part of the hotel--it is very old and very run-down. If you don't believe us, go to the Dubrovnik and check out room 12. This hostel also comes with an old lady who smacks little boys and calls them 'f**king boys." The excuse was that she doesn't understand English--very convenient!!

All I can say is it's hideous!
