Hilton Angkor Guesthouse

Horrible
The trip started with being brought from the border to this guesthouse which we weren't happy about, yet we were told the hotel was five minutes' walk from the center and we could have air conditioned rooms for $4, we were also told we could have free tuk tuk if we wanted to leave. We got to the hotel which was at least fifteen minutes' drive from the center and the receptionist laughed when we said the price we were promised. We chose to take a room anyway as it was late and would leave in the morning, the room itself was very nice and was not an issue. The next morning we went to breakfast and was told diet coke was the same price as normal coke and the $1.50 charge was a mistake therefore we got a coke and then went on the internet for half an hour. When coming to check out we found they had charged us for an hour on the internet and called us liars for saying the diet coke was not $1.50, then when trying to get in the tuk tuk for our "free journey" the man demanded payment as were no longer guests, although a free ride had previously been offered. We then commenced to walk into town which was scary. I feel that the Hilton is unethical and that nobody should stay there.
