Complimentary Airport Transfers Airport transfers are provided strictly from 04:00 (4am) to 11:00 (11am) and 16:00 (4pm) to 22:00 (10pm). Last phone call for the pick up has to made until 9.45 pm.

Stansted Airport Parking Fee (Pick up)
Customers requesting an airport pick up will be responsible for the Stansted Airport parking fee. This fee will be charged with bookings made after 10th September 2009. Pick ups from Elsenham train station remains without extra charge.

Early check in and late check out service is available for an additional charge of £10.00, subject to availability, which we will only know on the day, so you will need to check the morning of your arrival.


Balance payment is in GBP in cash on arrival, card payment £3 applies.

We pride ourselves on providing clean, secure and warm rooms, with an even warmer, friendly service.

All rooms have a television, tea and coffee facilities and an alarm clock (towels supplied). Hair dryer, iron and ironing board are also available on request.

We are not on any flight paths, so no planes overhead.

We offer a continental style breakfast(self service) from 07:00 - 09:30, with tea, coffee, fruit juice, jams, marmalades and a selection of cereals with milk and for those who need to leave before 7:00 we offer an Early Starter Breakfast (take away). We also offer Vegan Breakfast, which will need to be arranged in advance.

Parking

Will be at a cost of £3 per day or part thereof for guests who stay with us. Facilities for babies and children are available. We also offer high speed wireless internet access, photocopying and fax services. Hair dryer, iron and ironing board and an alarm clock are also available.

We are close to Elsenham train station (walking distance) which gives direct access to London Liverpool Street or Cambridge.

We operate a NO SMOKING policy in all rooms.
