The Romeo Family Hotel was a wonderful place to stay. We enjoyed the location but most of all we enjoyed the good company of Romeo, Jelena, Anton, Natasha and Valerie. There was always someone there to help us and to assist in translating for the children we were adopting. They were all wonderful to us. Highest recommendation. — Lawrence and Irene (2004-10-18) This is BY FAR one of the best inexpensive places I've ever stayed in eastern Europe. It's run by a middle aged husband and wife team who really go out of their way to make their guests comfortable and happy - asking you what kind of food you like for breakfast so they know what to go buy, providing transportation to/from the airport/dock/whatever, etc. The rooms are simply marvelous and the location can't be beat. One caveat... at least one of the rooms has windows overlooking the street below and the street noise can interfere with sleeping. Ear plugs would be a wise investment. :) — Chris Tubutis (2003-06-10)
