Guesthouse HET GROENE DAK is a hospitable residence, with 10 spatial rooms where 1,2,3 or even 4 people can stay. In all rooms is a bathroom available. Our location is between Bielsko-Biala and Zywiec. On one side our view are the mountains of Zywiec and on the other side the mountain range of Szczyrk. The main languages that we use are is dutch and polish, but we can also speak english and german.

The Beskide-mountains in the south of Poland are mostly known for their authentic landscape.
Every season has it´s own charm. In the spring with the new green coming through the snow covered meadows. In the summer everything is in bloom, so lots of wild plants ans flowers. Then there is the fall, with it´s beautiful colours. And the winter covers everything in a white blanket. Just like a Christmas card. Ideal conditions for a vacation in poland

There is no lack of culture in Poland. Take Krakau for instance, this royal city has been added to the list of world heritages by Unesco and was also named Europe cultural capital of the year 2002. Not far from Krakau are the saltmines of Wieliczka. Here you will find a restaurant and postoffice made out of salt. On the other side of Krakau lies the historical museum of Auschwitz/ Birkenau, which is defenitely worth a visit.
