The apartment is cleaned before check in and every three days of the stay, any other cleaning or laundry ordered is charged separately.
Change of sheets and towels, which are provided every three days of the stay.
Water, gas and electrical consumption included.
All the apartments are equipped with a satellite TV with the possibility of choosing your favorite program among 160 channels from all around the world. You can select from English, Italian, Czech, German, Polish, French, Romanian, Spanish, Russian, Arabic, Chinese, Japanese and other languages.
Accommodation of small pets is possible, prior notification is required.
If required it is possible to use a private parking located in the inner courtyard of the building free of charge, or we can arrange parking in a guarded garage within 200m from the Residence that cost around 8 Euros per night.

There were furnitures (beds, chairs, sofas) to sleep for 10 people, but we were only two of us. NIce style. The location is very good. Metro and Tram is very close. So are shops and restaurants.
