Fabulous location in a great neighborhood. You can walk anywhere that you need and there are delicious restaurants right down the street. I fell in love with Florence here.

We really enjoyed the location of this hostel. We also liked that we didn't have to have bunk beds. There were three people to a room, which was also nice. Staff was friendly and professional. Good value for the money, we'd definitely recommend it to other budget travelers.

Well it was a nice stay in Florence. The hotel was simply a couple of rooms with a couple of beds, but that is what I expected. It is cheap and is situated in a great place so it is great for a short term.

The staff was not that good, they locked the door before 23 as they promiced, so we were left outside on our own and had to call them and then wait for them to get the door opened, there were no towels and NO SOAP in the bath, which is insane.
The location is fairly close to the railway station and the Duomo, but that was the only plus unfortunately.
