We have started running this hostel and witness the rapid growth of Hong Kong.
Because of our hospitable service,Honest and care for what the customers need, this makes our hostel famous and have a high reputation in the whole world,espicially highly recommended by some traveller magazines---like Lonely Planet. We have internet broadband access in all guest rooms and in the lobby of our hostel. There are some mini-fridges in guest rooms and one common fridge in the lobby. All guest room are equipped private bathroom with hot water, cooler, air-condition, color television with Cable TV and ESPN. Cleaning Towel and soap is provided in all guest rooms. Also, there are telephones in all guest rooms and customer can use it to get unlimited free local calls.
*Service* trying our best to make customers feel comfortable is our aim.
We provide laundry service, morning wake up call service, ironing sevice, food ordering service, China Visa service, soft drink, coffee, milk, and tea selling service,Mutilple Charges. Bottled water is free of charge in our hostel. If customers want, we can pick customers to the Air-port Bus Station or guide customers to sight-seeing places.
*Security* very safe and 24 hours security guard is on duty!
Different from other hostels, we have our own security guard to look after our hostel. They are very friendly, helpful and honest. Furthermore, all the rooms have lock and customers have their own keys. Nobody can enter their room without request (including our staff).
*Staff* extremely friendly, hardworking, honest, patient and helpful!
Our staff is well-trained and they can speak fluent English, French, Japanese and Mandarin. Our reception is 24 hours, and the reception is open 24 hours and welcomes all the customers¡¦ enquiries and give customers tour information all the time.

The receptionist are all trust worthy! I forgot my passport at the front desk and they manage to keep it and give it back to me. I enjoyed my stay at Garden Hostel and i am so much thankful that i stayed there. If not for them i should be in trouble right now.

Just location, but others is not recommended!!!The photos in the website are total different from the exact room.I ask for the new one, but the reception told me that there is no room in the picture form hostelbooker website. VERY DISAPPOINTED with this point.

I am very fustrated. My flight was delay for an hour and I reached HK around 11.30 pm. Knowing I had slide from the initial check-in time, I called the hostel to inform that I will arrive about past midnight but the other party told me they will be off duty by midnight and will not wait for me. I was shocked as this is the 1st time I was not allow to check-in past midnight in all the hotels I have stayed. I was too tired to reason with the other party and end up going to another hostel.

Great staff, very friendly and helpful. The room was very small but what do you expect for a low cost hostel on the main road of Kowloon. There is no public area to hang out at the hostel, it's just a room but it is a good room and a good price.

I've had a good experience staying with Garden Hostel. Very kind and accommodating staff. They are also helpful as well. They need to improve though on their email responses. I did ask some questions after my reservation to luckyhousejoe but didn't get a reply. I was not able to use their WIFI too even if they had given me an access (don't know what happened but it wasn't that important to me though). Overall, I would recommend this place to my friends who are planning on going to Hong Kong. Good work guys! Keep it up!

The room that i was provided with was different from those pictures shown on the website. I was also assigned to stay in chalton hostel on level 15 rather than on level 16 in Garden Hostel. Those pictures provided seem to be the Garden Hostel located elsewhere. But overall, with the price I paid, it is acceptable.
