For those looking for something extra, our en-suite rooms are comparable to 2/3 star hotel rooms with the best power showers bar none. But please note double room means ONE big double bed only in the room. We provide full housekeeping services daily. Please note that all extras, including damage to hotel property, will be charged back to your debit/credit card if not settled on departure.
If your reservation is not cancelled 48 hrs before your arrival date, your card will be charged with the full amount of your first night's stay.
For bookings made 2 weeks in advance of the arrival date or for multiple rooms we will charge your card with the full amount of the first night's stay as a non-refundable deposit.

The hotel owner was very friendly and wanted to help us when we needed him. Good bed, big room, even a shower in the room, even though we hadn't ordered an ensuite bathroom. There's a bus stop close to the hotel and also a Tesco around the corner.

Arrived late, no problem at all.
Asked for a smoking room the night before & got room changed no problem.
Left my fone behind me- they tryed getting in touch with me straight away & got it returned -no problem!
Recomend, also the buses are a plenty,would recomend looking up buses rather than taxi(7 or 8 pound)

The owner met me at at the door, I had my own parking space, he was incredibly hospitable and asked me about my travels and even took a couple of pound off the price! (I left a tip as a thank you)
Bed was really comfortable, felt totally relaxed and had a great nights sleep. Staff were just as friendly in the morning. very pleasant experience.

Excellent value for money. Attractive looking property. I was so pleased it was lovely and warm, very clean and so quiet, perfect for my overnight stay. I used the communal shower, which was so clean too. The owner was so accomodating even though I arrived four hours later than I had said. Breakfast was lovely and healthy with a super selection. The Prince Hotel is definately a place I would like to stay again. Thank you Prince.

It is a small hotel and the owner and his wife is very helpful. It is not in central Birmingham, so you have to take a bus or taxi. It is no restaurants or shops in the area, so you have to eat and do the shopping before you go back to the hotel.

We had a fantastic stay here. The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly and really went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The facitlies were in excellent condition and very clean. The continental breakfast was extensive as well .We thoroughly enjoyed our whole experience and we would highly recommend this to other travellers,

Staff was extremely polite, pleasant and helpful. We had the en suite room, it was quite warm, large and comfortable. The location is not far away from the city centre. Buses are quite often and the bus stop is 1 min walk from the hostel, pretty handy. We recommend the hostel, no doubt :) :)
