We have apartments for rent in the city center near Tartu University, Estonia. It is the perfect location for students, individuals, artists, travelers, families and small groups maximum 15 people.
We are between the main building of the University and the Festival Arena in an interesting part of the city. The apartments are detached and provide a peaceful place for living, and are practically located in the city center, with plenty of possibilities for leisure.
We have 4 apartments with a total 15 beds, possibility of extra bed. All apartments have own kitchen and bathroom. All rooms are furnished with all comforts such as electrical heating, hot/cold water (boiler), WC / shower, automatic washing-machine, refrigerator, microwave cooker, TV / radio and more. Free internet and car parking.
Every apartment has separate permanent internet connection and TV. In the premises there is also storage room for bicycles as well as a private garden corner. Nearby there is a sports park and the River Emajõgi.
Please note that credit cards are not accepted.
For 15 people groups we offer a free Tartu City Tour.
Rooms are for non-smokers but we have designated smoking areas.

We had double bedroom apartments. Rooms are cozy and very well equipped. About 10 minutes walk from central square. No problems with parking - free place for car was provided in the front of the house. Staff speaks Russian and English

The two rooms make up an appartment, nice and cozy with everything one needs, including free washing machine. The host is very friendly and helpful. It is a short walk to the river (with beech) and the city centre/university. Maybe less suitable for backpackers looking for "fun".

Good place to stay if you are travelling with someone. Very quiet although a bit out of town/away from bus and train stations. Had small kitchen area attached to room and washing machine so very useful however not a soul to be seen. So don't go there expecting a party. All in all not bad!

Small, clean apartment with kitchen, washing machine, computer with internet as well as cable if you have own laptop and tv. Fair walk from bus station (30mins) through town centre, 15mins walk from town hall square. Nice quiet place to stay.
