The property was quirky and I really liked that

It's funny because it's weird. The place is John Malcovic themed, which means that they have pictures of him everywhere. As a social stunted member of staff who has worked there for 11 years informed me.....it's because he has shares in the place.....

The rooms were very spacious and clean with great city centre views. Very handy location for Cardiff City Centre and breakfast serving times are very accommodating being served right up until checkout.

Location is great - less than 5 minute walk to the new St David shopping arcade and 10 minute walk to the Millennium Stadium. Also free continental breakfast is a plus.

breakfast was the only good thing about the hotel. The breakfast room is a hideous pink colour so this puts you off but otherwise pretty good.

Booked a budget double. Deco looked a bit lacking of care. Curtains were not very nice. Other than that, basic, well located.

location was very convenient. unfortunatly we went during the hottest time of the year, it was 26 degrees over the weekend, the building was an old office block so the windows did not open and there was no air con. the only 2 fans in the room only circulated the warm air in the room and didnt create any cool air. we found ourselves trying to find places outside to sit so we didnt have to go back to our room. but like i said this was extrordinary weather that they were not prepared for. It will make me consider air con in hotels from now on just incase the weather is mega hot again.
