Very friendly receptionist at day time! fluent in english and offered lots of help. I was a single traveller and being offered a double-bed room. room could be noisy at night (near to street quite busy street) but you will be tired by the end of the day and could sleep peacefully without being disturbed by the noise. toilet and bathroom separated. great shower! high volume of water.
