• From The South
• Leave the M6 at junction 36, then at roundabout take the 1st exit onto the A590
• (Barrow A591)
• At Brettargh Holt Junction continue forward onto the A591 (Windermere)
• Branch left, then merge onto the A6 (South Kendal)
• At roundabout take the 1st exit onto the A6 Kendal
• At traffic signals turn right onto the A6 (Penrith, Brough)
• Bear left (one-way)
• Keep in right-hand lane then turn right (Lancaster, Skipton)
• Turn left onto Stramongate
• Turn right onto the A6
• Arrive on New Road
• From the North
• Leave the M6 at junction 39, then turn right (Shap A6)
• At T-junction turn left onto the A6 (Kendal)
• At mini-roundabout continue forward (Lancaster, Barrow, Skipton, Town Centre)
• At crossroads continue forward onto the A6 (Lancaster, Barrow, Skipton)
• Bear left (one-way)
• Keep in left-hand lanes then continue forward onto the A6 (Lancaster M6, Skipton A591)
• Arrive on New Road
• On new Road is a large public car park which is free to use. Across the road you will see a Chip Shop. Here you can access the back entrance of the pub.
• From the Train Station
• Exit the Train Station, cross the road onto Wildman Street (next to the county hotel).
• Continue on Wildman street for a few minutes which leads o to Stramongate.
• The pub will be on the left further up the street.
