• Mazunte is located 60 km (37 miles) north of Huatulco´s international airport (a taxi charges about 350 pesos and it takes about an hour) and about the same distance south of Puerto Escondido´s international airport (a taxi charges about 400 pesos and it takes one hour). It is 22 km (13 miles) southeast of San Pedro Pochutla (on coastal Highway 200). Mazunte is a couple of miles east of Puerto Angel and Zipolite (Naturalist beach), just about 1 km (0.62 miles) from San Agustinillo (surf and bodysurf), and 264 km (164 miles) south of the capital of the magical city of Oaxaca.
• Buses coming from Oaxaca, Puebla, San Cristobal , Mexico City (D.F.) arrive in a small town called Pochutla, located 22 km (12 miles) from Mazunte.
• A taxi will usually charge about 80 pesos and it takes about 20 minutes, public transport (camionetas o colectivos) will charge about 10 pesos and it takes about 30 minutes.
• Once in Mazunte, walk the main street Calle Rinconcito towards the beach, turn right at the beach front and walk to the end of the beach 100 meters, you will find ecoHabitas on your right hand side.
