Location
• From the A1(M) take exit 64 for Washington. At the first roundabout you come to, take the second exit. Turn left at the next roundabout onto Biddick Lane. You will come to a small mini-roundabout and The Sheiling is immediately after this on the right hand side.
• From the A19 take the A1231 exit for 'Gateshead/Newcastle West/Sunderland North/Airport' and take the first exit (or the third exit if coming from the North). Take the 4th exit for 'Washington (centre)' and at the roundabout take the first exit. At the next roundabout take the first exit and continue for about a mile. You will approach a mini roundabout and The Sheiling is immediately before it on the left hand side.
