Welcome to a newly built house, where you can enjoy your vacation. It is located near the fantastic NP Plitvice Lakes. Family house Matijevic Simic is new and very comfortable to stay for all travelers who want to come here.
Passengers can relax in the new rooms with new furniture, which are air-conditioned and equipped with everything needed for a room without a load.The house is located in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood, where guests can walk through nature and pleasant countryside next to our house.
We have a studio apartment for two persons and a room that is also for two. Within the unit, there are bathrooms with toilet. Both have air conditioning, then heating. Guests are able to monitor the national TV and satellite TV. There is also WiFi, of course, all of this is included in the price or free.
The units are quite comfortable as a studio apartment with a bathroom is 33 square meters, while the bedroom with a bathroom is 29 square meters .
The studio apartment also has a kitchen, along which there are a refrigerator, microwave oven and electric kettle. The units are also irons and hair dryers.

• Our house is located 300 m from the state road D-1, Zagreb - Split. In Grabovac, separates the D-217 and after 300 m is our house. Nearby is also a bus stop, so it is possible to reach it by foot.
• The house is at 100 km from Zagreb Airport and about 140 km from the Adriatic coast.
• Here is a number of interesting facts. There are primarily famous Plitvice Lakes National Park is only 7 km. Also known are Barac's caves and ethno village Rastoke.
• As for the instructions to come to us, it was stated about the previous section. In fact, the closest Zagreb airport is about 100 km away. Until the house is the part of the A-1 motorway Zagreb-Split and then by state road D-1 Zagreb-Split. In Grabovac, with the D-1 separates on the D-217, and after about 300 meters, on the left, is our house.
• As for buses, on the only separation of on the D-217, there is a bus stop.
