Fern Hill, Tramore

• From Dublin Airport - 112 miles:
• Take the M50 heading south and follow signposts for the N7 towards Naas. Continue along the N7 past Naas and branch off along the N9 towards Waterford
• At Paulstown turn left and stay on the N9 Once in Waterford City follow the N25 towards Cork and branch off along the R675 for Tramore town which is 10km from Waterford City. At the outskirts of Tramore go to the 2nd roundabout, and take the last exit. (Ring Road) Follow this road to the end, passing Tramore Golf Club on the right.
• Turn left at the end of this road and veer left again. There is a wide entrance on the right with 2 large stone piers marked Newtown Hill. Turn in here. We are the 3rd house on the right.
