• The easiest way to get to the island of Krk is by car over the Krk bridge, and by plane in the airport situated close to Omišalj. You can also arrive on the island by ferry from the island of Cres (Valbiska-Merag) and from Lopar on the island of Rab (Valbiska-Lopar). Regular boat connections have not been operational for years, but thousands of tourists come to the island by means of their yachts or organized by larger ships. All coastal towns have extremely well-regulated ports and marinas for the reception of all kinds of boats.
• BY CAR:
• Coming from Zagreb to Rijeka follow sign-post for Split, then follow direction OTOK KRK (island of Krk). There is a bridge connection to the island. Punat is about 30 km away from the bridge and 8 km from the main town Krk, follow sing-post for Punat. Drive straight until the road bifurcation. Take the right one (Matije Gupca street) and then a second left into the 17. travnja street. From there take the third street right into the Novi put street. Narrow street will take you to the hostel (on the left side)

• BY BUS:
• Bus connection from Punat to Krk, Rijeka, Zagreb etc. There is a bus connection from Rijeka to european cities Triest, Munich, Wienna…
• BY TRAIN:
• Direct connection from the main railway station Zagreb to railway station Rijeka. There is a bus connection from Rijeka to Punat (bus line Rijeka Baška). Penultimate bus station is Punat (bus drive takes app. 1,5 hour).
• BY PLANE:
• International airport Rijeka (Omišalj) is only 30 km from the hostel.
• Favourable flights to London, Bristol, Oslo, Cologne, Leipzig, Munich, Hannover, Stuttgart, Zagreb.
