Guesthouse Description:

Conveniently located at the heart of the city of Guihulngan, Negros Oriental, Philippines, Monterial Guesthouse is home to 3 spacious bedrooms and one big dormitory style room, all tastefully furnished to provide comfort. Built in 2006, the spacious high ceiling receiving / living room and dining room with its Victorian furniture give an aura of antiquity. Outside the house is a garden and gazebo to provide the guests with a serene surrounding. Free parking is available nearby. At Monterial Guesthouse, every effort is made to make guests feel comfortable.

Room A (King Suite Room) has its own in-suite bathroom. Room B (Super Deluxe King Room) has its own private bathroom; Room C (Deluxe Queen Room) also has a private bathroom. Rooms are fitted with wood plank flooring, aluminum windows (powder white finish) and granite floor (sala, dining and kitchen), Rooms are simply furnished with an electric kettle with free coffee, complimentary spring water, cable TV and refrigerator. All rooms are fully air-conditioned; electric fans are also available. Each room is provided with slippers, towels, soap & shampoo placed inside the plastic for sanitary purposes. All 4 bathrooms come with bidet and with hot and cold shower facilities. Complimentary Internet access / WiFi is provided throughout the property.

• From the local airport in Sibulan / Dumaguete City, it is 116 kilometers to the north by private car/vehicle. If you want to take public transportation, just outside the airport there are buses and V-hire cars to bring you to the site.
