The hostel is very close to the metro, it is very quiet, there is a supermarket nearby, it's clean, has a good kitchen, it's safe, friendly staff though English is sometimes a bit of a problem.

Perfect pleasant place for travelers! Nice Moscow part - close to subway, nice narrow streets lead to beautiful places: you can feed ducks on Chistyi pond, walk on old central streets Maroseika, Pokrovka and even go to Red Square.Inside Shelter Hostel is cosy and really reminds home - spacious rooms, they have interesting arrangement.The staff is helpful and it was nice to talk to them! We even stayed for another couple of nights there!
