Every morning in Ortigia you will visit a typical market district where you can buy local produce, fresh fish, fruits, vegetables, all this next to Temple of Apollo. At 50m from the B & B there is a bus stop from which come and there are buses from all destinations, including the beaches and the airport of Catania.
