This is a Bed & Breakfast. The double room had a private bathroom, but they are both very little for two people. You can take many buses for the center. It takes about 10-15 minutes. The breakfast is excellent! You have the opportunity to taste the irish breakfast. It is very good and included on the room's costs. At finally, I think this B&B is too expensive for a double room because it is not located on the Dublin center. I have payed a €80-90 for a room a night.

The room was rather a small one, but it was very clean (including the attached bathroom), the breakfast was really rich and tasty (you can choose one of four different types, incl. "Full Irish" one), the host were very friendly and helpful. The place is not located in the city centre, but you can get there in a few minutes by bus (1,60 EUR one way) and you can find botanic garden and a very interesting cemetery just a few minutes' walk away from there. It was a very pleasant stay and I would recommend it to anyone.
